Industrial Chic House & Atmosfera d'Arte is located in the historic center of Orvieto in a quiet alley very close to both Corso Cavour, the main pedestrian street of Orvieto, and Teatro Mancinelli, our beautiful theatre. The main medieval tower of the town, Torre del Moro, and Piazza del Popolo are about 200 meters away, while the cathedral, il Duomo, and Piazza della Repubblica are both about 400 meters away. Il Pozzo di San Patrizio, a medieval well, is about 600 meters walking towards east. At about the same distance but towards west, is the medieval area where you can find Il Pozzo della Cava – a spectacular Etruscan well. Only a hundred meters from us, one can enjoy a pleasant stroll in the characteristic Piazza XXIX Marzo, a square with a genuine neighborhood touch.

Industrial Chic House & Atmosfera d'Arte is divided in two structures, corresponding to two separate apartments. Each apartment consists of two separate double bedrooms with private (en suite) bathrooms. Both apartments have a shared living room and kitchen. From the living room of Atmosfera d'Arte one can access to a lovely rose terrace. Industrial Chic House, comfortably situated on the ground floor, has its own secluded external patio where you can relax and enjoy. The staff guarantees a safe and clean environment, with great attention to detail. All current regulations on safety and sanitation are applied with care.

From the living room of Atmosfera d'Arte, one can access to a terrace with roses, from which one can enjoy a beautiful view of the bell tower of the Duomo, the jewel of the town.
A large parking area is available for guests upon reservation
The staff allows flexibility in arrival times. However, guests are asked to communicate their estimated time of arrival, one day in advance. The rooms are generally available in the early afternoon.
After check out, guests wishing to continue their visit can leave their luggage in the parking area, free of charge.
All our bedrooms have a private (en suite) bathroom.
Each structure has a shared living area including a kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, cutlery, crockery and tablecloths.

The location is very central, the bedroom and bathroom have been well renovated, with a large common room where you can prepare breakfast. The owner was hospitable and kind. The possibility of parking the car in the courtyard in front of the structure is also very welcome.
